Welcome to AI Image Generator & Editor ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe, creative experience using our AI-powered image generation platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use AI Image Generator & Editor, including the Generate, Prompt Builder, Edit, Style Presets, Chat Assistant, and Text Scan features.

By downloading and using this App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

AI Image Generator & Editor is designed with a privacy-first approach. The vast majority of your data stays on your device.

• Generated Images — All AI-generated artwork is stored locally in your device's photo library when you choose to save it.
• Chat History — Conversations with the AI Chat Assistant are saved locally using UserDefaults under the key aigen_chatHistory.
• Style Preferences — Your selected art style preference is stored locally under aigen_selectedStyle.
• Text Scan Input — Text pasted into Text Scan is analyzed on your device and is not stored after you clear it or close the App.
• Onboarding Status — Whether you have completed onboarding, stored under aigen_hasSeenOnboarding.

The information stored on your device is used exclusively to provide and improve your experience within the App:

• Image Generation — Your text prompts are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate images using the Flux.1 Schnell model. Prompts are not stored by us.
• AI Chat Assistant — Your messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (Meta Llama 3) to generate responses. Messages are not retained on our servers.
• Prompt Builder — Your prompt ideas are processed by the AI model in real time and are not stored.
• Text Scan — Text pasted into the scanner is checked on your device using pattern-based analysis. Scanner text is not sent to our servers.
• Personalization — Your saved style and preferences are used solely to personalize your in-app experience.

AI Image Generator & Editor uses the following third-party services to power its AI features:

• Cloudflare Workers AI — Used for image generation (Flux.1 Schnell), text generation, and chat responses (Meta Llama 3). Your text prompts and chat messages are transmitted securely via HTTPS when you agree to AI data sharing in the App. Photos, camera images, scanned documents, and OCR text are not uploaded to Cloudflare. Please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
• Apple Photo Library — Used only when you explicitly choose to save or load images. Access requires your permission.
• Google AdMob — Displays banner ads, app open ads when you launch or return to the app, and occasional full-screen interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per Google's Privacy Policy. On iOS 14.5 and later, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog before personalized ad tracking is used. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

All user preferences and chat history are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.

All API communications with Cloudflare Workers AI are made over HTTPS encrypted connections, ensuring your prompts and requests are transmitted securely.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time through the Settings tab in the App using the "Clear Chat History" and "Clear Saved Gallery" options.

AI Image Generator & Editor requests only the permissions necessary for its core features:

• Photo Library (Read) — Required for the Edit tab to let you select images for AI enhancement. Only accessed when you tap "Select Image".
• Photo Library (Write) — Required to save your AI-generated artwork to your device. Only triggered when you tap "Save".
• Camera — Optional. Used for document scanning in iScan. Images are processed on your device.
• AI Data Sharing Consent — Before any text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, the App shows an in-app consent screen explaining what is sent, who receives it, and links to this Privacy Policy. AI features that send data are disabled until you tap "Agree & Continue". You can revoke consent in Settings.

All permissions are requested at the moment they are needed and can be revoked at any time through your device's Settings app.

AI Image Generator & Editor is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

The Text Scan section of AI Image Generator & Editor is provided for informational purposes only. It estimates whether a sample contains patterns often associated with AI-assisted writing.

• No Guarantee — Text Scan results are estimates and should not be used as the only basis for deciding how a text was written.
• Local Analysis — Scanner text is processed on your device using pattern-based checks and is not uploaded by the Text Scan feature.
• User Judgment — Users should review the result details and use their own judgment before making decisions based on a scan score.

Since AI Image Generator & Editor stores all data locally on your device, you have complete control over your information:

• Delete Chat History — Go to Settings tab → "Clear Chat History" to delete all stored conversations.
• Delete Saved Images — Go to Settings tab → "Clear Saved Gallery" to remove all saved image references.
• Clear Detector Text — In the Detector tab, tap the clear button to remove the text from the input area.
• Revoke Permissions — Go to your device's Settings → Privacy to revoke any permissions granted to the App.
• Delete the App — Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data permanently.

AI Image Generator & Editor does not collect, extract, analyze, or store face data. The App does not use face detection, face recognition, facial geometry, or biometric identification APIs.

• Retention — Face data is not retained. We do not save face data on the device or on any server. Any photo you select may appear on screen during editing, but facial features are never isolated, measured, or stored separately.
• Third-party sharing — We do not share face data with any third party. No face data is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, Google AdMob, or any other service.
• Reasons for sharing — Not applicable. We do not share face data with third parties.
• Third-party storage — No third party receives or stores face data from this App. Cloudflare Workers AI receives text prompts and chat messages only (not photos or face data). Google AdMob may receive device and ad identifiers per Google's Privacy Policy, but not face data from this App.
• On-device photos — Photos you choose from your library or camera may contain faces, but the App does not process facial features separately from the rest of the image. Photo editing (sliders and filters) and on-device text extraction (Apple Vision OCR) run on your device only and are not uploaded to our servers or third-party AI services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable laws. AI Image Generator & Editor is an independent app created for creative and educational purposes.

Any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the developer's jurisdiction.

AI Image Generator & Editor is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Cloudflare, Meta, Black Forest Labs, or any other AI company or service provider whose technology may be used within the App.

All AI-generated images are created by the user's prompts via third-party AI models. The App developer is not responsible for the content of AI-generated images. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

This app uses an original visual theme and is not affiliated with any artist, foundation, or third-party brand.
